The proposed 55 India Street condominiums are a brand-new luxury development on the Rose Kennedy Greenway in Boston, bridging the Financial District and Waterfront. The excellent location is just a short walk from the Seaport, North End, and downtown core, offering exceptional access to dining, recreational, and business hotspots.

Developed by Boston Residential Group (BRG), the project is located on the last available development parcel along the Greenway, a site rich in history, having been part of Charles Bulfinch's original India Wharf development project of 1805.
