Manny Sarkis is the Co-Founder and COO of The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, one of the nation’s top-producing real estate teams with more than $1B in sales. Partnering with his brother George, Manny has helped build the firm into a powerhouse, blending sharp business acumen with an unrelenting commitment to client success.

Armed with both a BBA and a Master of Science in Accounting from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst, Manny began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers before transitioning into real estate in 2015. His numbers-driven mindset and analytical training continue to serve as the foundation of his work – whether he’s structuring deals, forecasting trends, or guiding clients through pivotal financial decisions.

As COO, Manny manages day-to-day operations, oversees finance and strategy, and maintains close contact with buyers, sellers, and longtime clients. He is also deeply invested in mentoring agents, designing growth initiatives, and cultivating partnerships that extend the team’s reach across Boston and its suburbs. Specializing in luxury condominiums, single-family homes, and new developments, Manny combines data insights with human connection to deliver unmatched value at every stage of the process.

A Dedham native and current Westwood resident, Manny lives with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys traveling, working out, outdoor activities, spending time with his family, and attending Celtics’ games in his court side seats.

Cannot say enough positive about the Sarkis team, specifically our experience with Manny and Megan. We sold our condo through them and simultaneously purchased a single family home. We felt like a top priority to them throughout the entire process. The execution on the sale was a deliberate and thought-out process that ended with a sale well above our expectations. On the purchase, their network and relationships showed through with getting us in early on a property we liked, and got an offer accepted below ask. As an added touch, post pricing they were incredibly helpful tapping us into their network of painters, movers, etc. Manny and Megan had the right level of communication and stood alongside and advocated for us the entire way through both some tough negotiations and complex underwriting. 10/10 would recommend to my own family and friends.
