Leah Cormier is a dedicated real estate professional known for her market expertise, sharp intuition, and deeply personal approach to client service. A member of The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman, she helps buyers, sellers, and developers navigate key real estate decisions with clarity and confidence.

Raised in a family of real estate developers in Andover, Leah developed a passion for homes and design from a young age. After earning a degree from Trinity College, she launched her real estate career with one of the top-performing teams in the area, joining her sister, Mackenzie. Together, they quickly established a strong presence in the Andover market. Their move to Douglas Elliman marked the next chapter, expanding their reach and elevating the level of service they provide to clients across Greater Boston and beyond.

Leah specializes in new construction, luxury homes, and guiding first-time buyers. Her approach blends strategic insight with empathy and attentiveness, believing that real estate is more than a transaction, it’s a personal milestone.
