Arielle Dawkins is an accomplished and highly motivated real estate professional. A member The Sarkis Team at Douglas Elliman since 2020, she takes pride in supporting her clients’ investment goals and ensuring their portfolios operate at full potential.

With nearly 10 years of industry experience, Arielle has built a strong reputation in multi-family investments, portfolio growth strategy, and long-term planning. She frequently partners with financial advisors to help clients secure smart, future-focused properties. Drawing on her background in construction and interior design, she has an exceptional eye for identifying renovation opportunities and assessing both cost and value with confidence.

Arielle began her real estate journey in marketing with RE/MAX Leading Edge before co-founding Boston Harbor Real Estate in East Boston. She holds a communications degree from Boston College and brings a thoughtful, creative lens to every client interaction. Her business is built almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients — a testament to the trust and results she delivers.

Arielle currently resides in Somerville and serves on the boards of the Greater Boston YMCA and World Unity, Inc. Outside of work, she’s an avid traveler, collector of pop art and vintage china, and a passionate supporter of Boston’s art and architecture scene.
